88 90Q Front Suspension Probs.

I am having a few problems with the front suspension...
1)  I can hear the wheel bearing going out.  I am glad that I at leat 
know what the noise is now.

2)  When I go around a left turn quickly and hit a bump of some sort, the 
steering wheel goes crayz and jumps all over the place.  It feels so bad 
to do that.  I inspected the front left strut and there is some rubber 
rings that have obviously fallen or come loose, as they are still inside 
the spring.

Does anyone know what the problem is with the second part?  I had the 
whole front end rebuilt after an accident in October, so I'll be really 
pissed off if the dealership messed up the work.  Thanks for any help.
