I live in Ohio in one of the counties subject to the dreaded "e-check".
Marta Industries, Ohio's contractor for the dirty deed, has dynos for
two wheel drive vehicles only.  Full-time 4wd or any vehicle with
traction control is subject to the stationary test. ie. measure % of
CO and PPM of HC at idle and at 2500-3000 RPM.  The current standard for
my 86 4kcsq is  1.2% CO and 220 PPM  for the HC's.  Fortunatly I don't
face this test until Jan 2000 (unless the millenium bug fries their
computers)
