A4 rear defrost switch P/N?

I'm going to be wiring a garage door opener into my mother's '97 A4 this
weekend, and wanted to put the button in that blank button where the
seat heater would go.  For the switch, I wanted to use arear defroster
switch (maybe replace the cap with the blank cap) because it's a
momentary switch and would work perfectly.

Does anybody know the part number for this switch?  Also, does that
include a bunch of extra stuff, or is it just the switch?  I'd be open
to cheaper alternatives, but when I was looking at it I couldn't see any
other (feasible) way to mount a switch there.
