Re: 4000 power locks

Works all on drivers side only.  Beginning 1988, both sides worked all
locks.  Also, it is supposed to work with a pregnant pause...just enough so
to make you wonder if it will actually work.  (Unlike BMW power locks,
which snap open and shut like a machine gun).
