I don't know anything about Ur-Q's.  That being said, couldn't you put a
head in from an older turbo with a Ur-Q camshaft?  Maybe a nice
Eurospec?  It would seem fairly cheap, and I would guess the older head
would fit the block (water and oil passages, etc.).  I would be afraid
to put an MC head on.  Even after modifications, what about
cooling/heating, combustion, head gaskets, other myriads of pontential
problems?
