Passat v. A4

I read this thread with some interest.  From what I have seen, I like
them both pretty well.  I think the greatest thing about the passat,
for us, is that VW tuners have arguably done more with less for sooo
long that I think the market will be a buyer's one on terrific mods. 
Now that a we have common engines, we get not only the Audi tuners,
but the VW boy-racers working on making the product  more and more
like we wished it came from the factory.

I can't wait.  Plus, the wrecks are starting to pour in:)
12 months from now the sub-$12k 240 hp A4 can be yours ['course the
darn wrecks never drive the same...hehe].
