Sean's sad song....
Geez, Sean, what a way to start a Friday.
I can't bring Frank back, but, if you like your car and don't want to
get thumped on trade-in, it is time to cowboy up and attack that Audi.
This is how I [and apparently others] view the potentially depressing
Audi car problems: The car is a bunch of mechanical devices, no? As
such, the parts can either be replaced or made better. Think it is
wheel bearings? Replace 'em. Vacuum leak? Replace the vacuum hoses.
90% of the driveline vibes I have had have usually been tire / wheel
related. Check them.
Now, you need a good mechanic you trust, or do the work yourself. I
had ignition probs, so, now I have 2 separate ignition switches [the
aftermarket one is sturdy enough to use on a D9]. Guerrilla tactics
Sean! You just have to kick this car's as*!!
Remember the mantra "this is a mechanical device, this is a mechanical
device, this is a mechanical device"
Good luck
Bruce
