I'm sure insurance costs are high, but the comparative fault of a
person squatting down on the outside portion of a 40mph gravel turn to
get a picture will be argued to be very high.  Some of the euro races
I have watched show fans that truly are insane.  

I think the problem with Pro Rally in US is no diff than the problem
with attracting fans to a motorcycle endurance race as opposed to
moto-cross.  For some reason, we like seeing the action entirely, and
constantly, not just as it flies by every now and again.  jmo
