No. most likely your hose have cracked because the air get a high
temperature after the turbo, and rubber tends to be hard and crack at
high temperatures.

To check your other hoses, squeese the hoses and look for cracks or
'cracklines'. If your hose have any large amount of those
'cracklines', change the hose. you will know what I mean when you see
it.
