I did get a Bosal replacement for about C$320.00 at an independent parts store.
For C$15.00 they (Bosal) sold a lifetime guarantie. I will se how does that
work out. The dealer here sells the very same Bosal unit for about C$600.00,
and not the Leistritz.
The mid section from Bosal is about C$280.00, but no life time guarantie, it is
termed a "resonator", and not a "muffler".
I have not put the muffler on my car yet, so could not comment on the fit. It
looks o.k. though.
Bosal is a US company, if I am correct, so you might want to check out that
option.
Good luck, Peter
