New last year with the then-new KUQEFH, prolly <10,000 miles. I do run 104+ Super octane boost reqently. The stock O2 sensor was original and still working OK at about 195,000 miles when the factory engine came out. The O2 meter shows that the existing O2 working OK.

Thanks for the idea and if nothing else works I may swap it as a last resort,

How old is the O2 sensor?  They can get flakey too, don't cha'know.
