   New last year with the then-new KUQEFH, prolly <10,000 miles. I do run =
   104+ Super octane boost reqently. The stock O2 sensor was original and =
   still working OK at about 195,000 miles when the factory engine came =
   out. The O2 meter shows that the existing O2 working OK.

   Thanks for the idea and if nothing else works I may swap it as a last =
   resort,

   How old is the O2 sensor?  They can get flakey too, don't cha'know.

I think after as little as 30Kmiles for the older two-wire versions.

The problem [with suspecting the O2 sensor, in general] is that if
it is reading "rich", the ECU should be driving the FV duty cycle down
to 0% (trying to lean out the mixture) , not up to 100% (enrichening
the mixture). But I also don't know the failure mode of the ECU when
it has decided the O2 sensor is faulty...

Just keep swapping parts!
