Thermotime Switch

Was looking around the engine bay and discovered that the Thermotime
Switch in my
car is set for 15 degrees C. I earthed it out as suggested to check if
the cold start injector
was working (which it is) and lo and behold the car started much
quicker.

Apart from controlling the cold start injector does anybody know what
else if anything
the Thermotime switch controls and would I have any problems replacing
it for a
35 degree switch?

I live in a fairly temperate climate where it rarely gets below 15
degrees
