RE: prolong engine treatment
Getting in late on this I will take a shot.

HA HA HA. No doubt it will but that's what we are here for right.

I have always wondered what would happen to any engine run without oil for a
short time. Could it be that since they are not really using the engine after
this "test" the effects are not really noticed during the demonstration.
These are not exactly hi tech engines either that are stretched to the limit,
as they generally are the small block chevys. As for when Al takes the Viper
out with no oil what happens when they put oil back in. Blue smoke?? As for
big Al what does a retired race car driver do after a succesfull driving
career??? Answer CASH IN.:-)
My question to you is : what does running an engine without oil have to do
with your daily routine?
>have heard other engine treatments could actually *harm* an engine over time.
>what's the case here?
I am no chemist but what does adding this stuff do to the very carefully
thought out ingredients in your motor oil?? Yet to see an answer.
One more little tidbit to think about. Why would the oil manufactorors not
make additives if they could make a buck on it?
