Could be the wires in drivers door, but when this last happened on my '90
200tqw, it was a screwed up switch in the panel on the driver's side
armrest...quick fix is to remove the armrest, swap the wires to another of
the other three switches, roll up window!  You can then at your leisure
either replace or use the WD40 trick on the bad switch.........SLM
