Had a similar thing on a 5 banger 90, and my 93 90 is setup the same way; it
is probably the evaporator drain hose that is clogged. Shoot some air up it
or use a coat hanger and dig it out. You might wanna also do what I did and
this seemed to cure my problem totally, and take the end of the rubber hose,
which is factory 'crimped' I guess you say to restrict things coming back in
I guess? and cut the crimped end off allowing full flow of water out.
Should solve that problem.
