Re: new tires
I have always salvaged used tires off wrecks. Currently three of the four tires
I'm running have plugs in them. They work well for nail holes and last forever.
You could not convince me otherwise. On a related note, my father recently
bought a set of P6000's from the Tire Rack. One struck some road debris which
punctured the tire. The warranty was flat out DENIED before he had a chance to
have it repaired. We ended up having to purchase a new one from a local
distributor who discounted it out of sympathy.
