I returned some 80/100 h4's I bought at the local (cheapest) supplier -
VIP to name names - because the round mounting flange was obviously spot
welded on crooked.  Caveat emptor.  These were blister packed, easy to
examine before buying.  The others I've bought that were nice and
straight were in little boxes.
