Drunk driving, may be too intense for younger listers.

It's like the medieval tradition of chopping a wrist off if one is caught
picking pockets. The result - a virtually non-existent level of crime in the
Baltic states (in Estonia for one).

It is in Russia. First strike - you're out of licensed driving for 3 years,
second strike - you're in a big boarding home with a view of gridded sky from
the window.
