ur-quattro air conditioning question

All,
 At what oil temp (those with oil temp gauge) do you choose to shut off your
air conditioning? For lack of long term experience with the quattro I've
simply been turning it off if the oil starts to reach 130 C. I must admit I
feel blind without a coolant temp gauge.
 I'm heading to Las Vegas and beyond in the not too distant future and the
temps out there are a nice, mild 112 F (44.5 C). Any advice from you long term
ur-quattro owners would be greatly appreciated.
