also.........Long story made short - I had a problem with my ' 97 A4TQ @ 3000
mi.....( I'm the 2nd owner, bought from private party) Reported the problem
to Cheryl at AoA. She set me up with a dealer visit-Sewickey Audi-for the
dealer to review my problem. The dealer admitted that my problem needed fixed
and they were going to tell AoA of their thoughts. Two weeks later she called
back to say my request was denied, I asked to talk to her supervisor. Two
weeks later the supervisor, Karen F_x, called me back and changed the excuse
but nevertheless was still denied. At this time I asked to meet with the Zone
Rep, Edwin Traz_nski at the dealer during one of his normal visits, on my own
time. I had to call back several times before I was able to reach Karen for
an answer............... and yes you guessed it...............Edwin said NO to
the request for me to meet with him. Just a flat NO. This is my second
Quattro and I love this car...... but......Hate AoA. I own my own Sales
business and would NEVER treat a customer like this...................Good
