I can assure you that if so, they have pissed off someone tons of time and
money.  I get at least 6 of these a day.  Every single one is launched
from a throwaway dialup account and bounced off a hijacked European or
Asian server (correctly assuming that most people don't know how to find
the admins for anything other than .com and .net).  It's been going on for
a number of months now and from what I have seen from the abuse
newsgroups, this is the most active spam house currently operating.
