I have to second this comment.  When I did the turbo transplant into the
GT, I didn't bother with the shroud or injector cooling fan.  I _did_
put in new injectors and inserts though.

We ran the car pretty hard at the AudiFest track day in Pueblo where we
had ambient temps of almost 100F.  Never had any problems starting the
car; it always caught and ran on the second rev of the starter.
