4kq diff locks

Door locks are a separate pump.  Most of the quattros have vacuum
reservoirs at the rear of the car either side of the tank, or behind
the rear wheel arches, etc.

A common fault is the one-way valve in the vacuum line (still in the
engine bay, by the firewall) failing.
