Serendipity.  I was at a local imported parts place yesterday picking up
an oil filter and I saw a two piece flange. Bolts around the pipe. 
Unfortunatley the guy there doesn't have a manuf. or part number - they
just buy them from an itinerant parts supplier.  They must be available
fairly readily though.

If you're in a real bind and can't find one, Atlantic Foreign Auto has
one on the shelf and could UPS it to you.  603-332-9552 in New
