Project 4ktq started

WellFellow Quattro Geeks,
	Project 4k turbo conversion is officially underway.  THe engine is
out of the donor car and will be built over the winter to be dropped into
one of my cars next summer.  Engine came out OK, over winter it will be
honed I think, head cleaned up and then cosmetically enhanced a little.  
	Engine is the later KH with the water cooled turbo and the
computer operated engine management.  I will change the computer to the
Mac-12 or 14 and run higher boost (1.8 bar?) hopefully with an intercooler
somewhere. Looking into the 944Turbo unit or something better than stock.
I will of course keep you updated but going will be slow as usual.  
	Wish me luck.  Good luck to all of you.  I think I am crazy for
trying this.  Most of my friends think I am Psycho and want to take me to
a mental instutution but over half of them are now driving either
Audis/VW's and one with a SAAB thanks to me.  Umm, workin on converting
the SAAB to an Audi ownership.
	L8R, I need to go to bed so I can bolt up engine to stand and
