I have a friend who interested in a 99 A6 and or VW Passat.  Anyone listers 
in the DC area have recommendations for a dealer in the area. Evidently her 
and her husband where at a VW dealer in the Andrews AFB area and basically 
got the "we are the only deal in town story" PLUS a $1000 dealer mark up 
because of high demand.  So anyone have some recommendations?
