Setting the idle on a 100q

My mechanic just got done mucking about with the CO settings on my 100q.
Seems to have alleviated--but not totally solved--the acceleration stumble
when cold problem.

However, the idle seems to have dropped 50 to 75 rpms as a result of
adjusting the CO settings.

Looked in his Mitchell's guide and it says that the idle speed is
electronically adjustable.  Apparently no way to turn a screw & boost the
idle a bit.

True?  Or is there a way to adjust the idle?
