Timing Belt Job-1990 200 tq-Help

Probably not. It takes a fair bit of effort.

Loosen the timing belt as far as it will go and pull it together below
the cam pulley with the mother of all tie wraps. Take up the tension
against the belt (assuming the crank is locked) and supply some assistance
to the spokes with a large open Vise-Grip.
