Re:Turbo conversation & drive vibrations

Have an 87 5kq, never knew turbo converation was a possibility.  Is it more
than sliding a turbo engine in?  Also, 89 5kt (not q) has considerable
vibration upon accelation at lower speeds.  Shady, shade tree mechanic told
me there is something out of round, the axle I guess.  Do these things
happen or could a bad engine mount cause the same feeling?
