Need Center cap for stock 90 V8 wheel

I lost a wheel center cap on my V8 this AM.  I'm talking the stock 5
bolt pearl-white-to match-the-body wheels.  The spring inner part stayed
in the wheel, but the aluminum disk with 4 rings is somewhere on I94 I'd
guess.  Anyone know where to get one?  Does not have to be pearl white.
I had already painted it plain white.  I think the 200 used the same
center cap but silver color.
