Some of the older turbos used in diesel apps have integral wastegates which
may interfere with mounting/routing in a later app. The mounting flange may
well also be different. It's likely a non-watercooled example. Basically,
don't buy it based on a number, hold it in your hand and make sure it's what
you want...not all k24's are the same.

That said, if your heart's set on a TD turbocharger, I believe lister Mike
DelTergo has a NOS unit from Audi collecting dust in his garage.
