Regrettably, those of us who regularly exchange Word, Wordperfect, etc.,
files with lots of organisations have to be able to handle anything.

When I started in the car business (as a rally mechanic) the dear old
Mini used Imperial (SAE) fasteners - metric sizes were exotic and only
found on a handful of cars.  I have a _perfectly_ good tool (and
complete) SAE toolkit downstairs ...
