200Q prices
I saw one here in Raleigh, NC for $6200- a 1990 200Q with black leather,
silver exterior, manual transmission, and everything in resonable conditioon,
except for some exterior scratches. I didn't drive the car though, and the
dealer (New Era Auto) is the sketchiest place I have _ever_ seen. They
quoted me $6400 the first time I asked, and then when I called back it was
$6200 ("If you pay cash today"). The woman showing me the car was carrying
around a baby while she did it, and half the lot was junked out cars
(including a red 1986 4000S) that a bunch of immigrant workers were trying
to put into shape for sale. And come to think of it, the place didn't even hava
any customer parking- I had to park at the Midas next door.
Oops, this is turning into a strange rant rather than a simple
price report- sorry!
-Oh- and if anyone is looking for a Turbo engine in the area, Next Auto
also in Raleigh has a 1989 200Turbo for something like $2k. Its an auto,
no a/c, mediocre shape otherwise...bit of a beater.
