I just put some 15 x 6.5 wheels on my coupe (I know it is a bit
different, but...) with offset 35mm.  I was going to use 195/50's for
the same height but first I got some used 215/45's.  No rubbing yet. 
btw they are also the same height as the stock 185/60-14 the coupe calls
for.  hth.
