I can add a few BTDT's to this:

205/50-15 _will_ rub in the back unless you do manage to find a 37mm
offset wheel (or you have a coilover suspension that can compensate for
the typical 4kq/GT rear sag)

215/40-16 JUST fits in the back w/o any problems.  I think the 45-series
may be just enough taller to cause some problems.  (Wheels in this case
are 40mm offset 16x7.5")
