Help!

After resting in the hot humid outdoors of Michigan for two months, while I was
working abroad, my '86 4k CSQ will not start.  It shows 12 volts on the meter
and jumping does nothing.  The strange thing is that it does not even try to
start.  Not even a selenoid "click".  Any ideas where I should start looking
would be greatly appreciated.
