	The actual size of the thermo switch is 29mm,  I don't remember the
american equivalent (1-1/4?) I have an old chrome deep socket that fits.
Don't remember where it came from.  As a last resort try a pair of water
pump pliers.  Be careful not to bumb the hose on the rad. they break off
very easily.
