It's a standard top line Motorola phone; I had no codes, etc. and took mine to
the cell phone installer office; the installer read off the serial number from
the unit in the trunk, hit a couple dozen numbers into the handset, and I was
all set.  He gave me the 3-digit unlock code; I didn't ask about the longer
code (should've...).  Second option:  go to the dealer, ask at the service
desk if someone could help you out real quick.  If they're any good, that'd be
a freebie...
