wastegate cap nut question


What the @#$%@% are the little nuts holding the wastegate cap onto the
wastegate made out of, and what size/pitch are they?

I think they are M5-0.8 metric nuts with fine-pitch threads.  I went
looking for this nut in stainless steel, but no one carries it here
in Austin.  Is this a dealer-only part?
