Strut cartridge cap tool

Could someone please send me the name and phone number of the company that
sells the special tool for removing the strut cartridge cap while the
assembly is still in the car. I think the company's name started with a Z?
Awhile back, I read in the archives that the cap can be removed with channel
lock pliers but according to my Haynes manual the cap is tourqued to over
100ft/lbs. Has anyone actually had success with this method?
Also... Blaufergnugen has strut INSERTS listed for about $57. Does INSERT
mean CARTRIDGE? If so, anyone had any experience with Blau's sport strut
insert in a 5Kq?
