Hmm, I paid a tad over $100 from amazon about 1 year ago.  Guess they
have raised the price??  Try Borders or a couple other places, and try
Linda at Carlsen too.  I think $144 was the "list" price (which only
dealers charge) so make sure you are looking at the right number.

And yes, that is the correct manual.  It has stuff on the 4-cyl as well as
FWD and quattro.
