Before you jump headfirst into doing this heater core let me say, at the
dealer we get 8-10 hours to do this. AND it takes every minute of it. The
entire dash from the windshield back must come out. Then the
heater/evaporator housing has to come out. No fun trust me. If you are
not really experianced with doing jobs like this I would recomend taking it
to someone who has done it before. I realize this was not the smartest of
designs but there is nothing we can do now.
