     The Audi gods monitor this list......they "overheard" my
     comment about getting the used cable for free.  I just
     went outside to check whether the warning light goes
     on/off by disconnecting the switch on the hydraulic
     reservoir.....when the cable snapped at the handle again.
     The gods demand their tributes, no matter how small.
