More E-mail issues

Sorry for the BW,
         Yesterday as I attempted to utilize Microsoft's Outlook for my
e-mail program, I ended up loosing every saved e-mail (since January). My
apologies to anyone I owe a response to, I no longer have a record of it. I
think I owed responses to at least 6 people or so. Please contact me if
this is the case.

          This is very frustrating because I had archives on many
procedures for my 200q, my Mr2, and my brother's Golf. 

          BTW, If someone is well versed in using outlook/exchange please
contact me as well. I can't seem to activate certain add-ins. Or is someone
has a clue where I can recover the lost e-mail, please drop me a line as
well. Thanks.
