I use a pair of "stork" pliers - they're a bit longer and stronger than
typical needlenose jobs. Make sure you get all of each one out -
they're complicated little things with little coiled springs running
round them. It can be a struggle, though - reckon on ten minutes for
the first one, five for the second, and ninety for the last.
