ur-q front speaker extraction and replacement

i've got a becker cd-only unit in the ur-q, very minimalist and a nice
sound (not a sondek, but hell, its just a car).  shame about the
speakers.  the lf dash speaker is kaput.  needs to be replaced.  it
looks to be epoxied in to the dash. 

has anyone with a ur-q successfully removed one of these?  how?????

any suggestions on replacement speakers (huw???)

not even sure why i'm doing this, most of the time i'm driving the car,
i'm listening to it, not the music...
