2 questions

I'd appreciate any help on these two things since I'm trying to get
some repairs finished.

1. Linda quoted my $46 for the throttle switch assembly (87 5kcstq).
   Has anyone had success in fixing the full throttle portion of these?

2. I tried to get a quote on the floating flange on the exhaust just
   rear of the cat. Linda quoted me a price for the bolts (uhhh).
   Anyone know the part number for that guy? Alternatively, how about
   an aftermarket replacement?
