new q-list website

My frikin-frakin computer's been on the fritz for almost a week now, and
i now use my work e-mail to retreive my digest q-list posts.  but in the
fracas, I lost a few digets.

I saw some mention of a new website (Dan-inspired or otherwise), and
would like the address and the skinny on what the associated deal is. 
If this has been touched upon in overwhelming detail already, please
mail me personal-like..
