I do not know exactly what the KVR pads are but if they are the Hawk Blue
HB 110 they can be very aggressive on the rotors.  The keys with these pads
are proper de gasing and being very hard on the binders. 

If you are not extremely aggressive with this compound you will chew
rotors.  There are many other compounds that work great on the track for
those with fainter hearts.  As an example if you do not routinely engage
ABS (on cars so equipped) don't use these pads.  Terry is usually very
helpful make sure you speak to him if you call.
